Children and grandchildren of eligible trip participants are welcome to join family-designated Alaskan Cruise | Vancouver groups. All travelers, including children of any age, are required to have passports that are valid for 180 days after travel is completed for the Alaskan Cruise. Copies of valid passports must be submitted with signed hold harmless agreement to Incentive Travel in order to be confirmed to travel dates.

Occupancy

The hotel and ship allow up to four people per room, including infants. Families of more than four will be accommodated with a second room for an additional cost. Large families should call to discuss arrangement options and costs.

Please note: Infants must be at least 6 months of age at time of departure in order to travel on the Alaskan Cruise. Women who are entering the 24th week of pregnancy by the last day of the Cruise will not be permitted to travel on the Alaskan Cruise | Vancouver trip.

Additional Room and Children's Costs

The cost of an additional room for 3 nights in Vancouver and 7 nights on the cruise ship is $4,000 in addition to the per child buy-in charges below. Children under age two will ride on a parent’s lap on the airplane. The cost per-child is based on the age of the child at the end of travel.

For those traveling as children, the buy-in cost includes roundtrip airfare, applicable hotel/cruise ship accommodations, transfers, daily breakfast, group dinners and activities as outlined in the itinerary, and gratuities.

Waive Buy-In Costs

The buy-in cost for each child/grandchild can be waived by producing an additional $63,000 premium increase in Property/Casualty lines and three additional issued life, disability, LTC or annuity policies, per child.

The additional cost of the required second room for families can be waived by producing an additional $100,000 premium increase in Property/Casualty lines. If you choose a 2nd room that is not required, the additional cost will be your responsibility and cannot be waived.
