Hotel Upgrades & Extensions - AO Trips

If you would like assistance with upgrading your hotel room, be sure to select that option in the Hotel Preferences section of your registration.  Please do not contact the hotels directly. Gavel will send you a deviation request form in early September 2026.  Upgraded rooms are subject to availability.

The following service fees will apply from Gavel International for upgrade assistance:

Note: The Hotel Upgrade service fee will be charged immediately to a credit card upon the electronic submission of the form. Once charged, this fee is non-refundable.

Westin Club Room: The bedding configuration is either:  for comfort purposes max 3 adults only

• 1 king-size bed + 1 pull-out sofa (recommended for 1 additional guest), or
• 2 full-size beds + 1 pull-out sofa (please note that full-size beds are not recommended to comfortably accommodate 2 adults per bed).

 Westin Club Suites: The bedding configuration is 1 King + 1 Sofa Bed, max 3 adults (for comfort would only recommend 2 adults)
