Standard Flights - AO Trips

***We will be arriving into and departing from Guanacaste Airport (LIR) in Liberia, Costa Rica.  Additional details are below. ***

Important details to keep in mind:

• Flights are arranged by our corporate travel partner based on available group block space of pre-purchased economy class seats from a specific airport to the destination.
• Depending on your home location and your preferred airports there may be connecting flights.  We cannot guarantee nonstop flights.
• Your flight information will come from [AOTrips (aoi2702@gaveledge.com)] and will be sent to the email address of the primary traveler.
  • 24 hours after viewing the email, unless you contact Gavel (877.379.7101) with requested changes, your tickets will be confirmed.
  • If you have not viewed your flight information email within 24 hours, Gavel will call the primary traveler.
• Flights will be for group travel dates only and into and out of our program airport.
• Seats cannot be upgraded, luggage fees (if applicable) are excluded.
• Ground transportation at the destination is also included at no additional cost.
• Our corporate travel partner will monitor your flights and assist you if interruptions to travel occur, including arranging alternate ground transportation should you arrive late to the destination.
• After October 30, 2026, any changes made to your registration (including transportation choice, travel dates, adding/changing travelers) could result in penalty fees.
