Special Walt Disney World Offers for A-O Travelers

Walt Disney World has created a special event website just for A-O Trips travelers!
Through this site, you’ll have access to exclusive savings and ticket options available only to registered groups.

On the site, you can:

  • Purchase special partial-day theme park tickets (not available at the gate).
  • Enjoy advance purchase savings on multi-day tickets.
  • Unlock multi-day tickets with added experiences for even more magic.

Ticket and reservation timelines:

  • Park tickets can be purchased up to 180 days before your visit.
  • Dining reservations open 60 days prior to your desired dining date.

You’ll receive an email about four months before your trip with instructions for setting up your My Disney Experience App. If your trip is a little closer and you haven’t received it yet, we’ll continue to send this email every other week until you opt our or travel.

Preparing for Your Disney Cruise

From incredible on-board entertainment to unforgettable shore excursions, there’s so much to see and do. We encourage you to explore the activities, shows, dining, and excursions available both on the ship and at the ports you’ll be visiting.
Visit Disney Cruise Line’s website for ideas and to begin planning your perfect itinerary. Unless you are a frequent cruiser, experiences cannot be booked until closer to 75 days before embarkment.
