Hotel Upgrades - AO Trips
If you would like assistance with upgrading your hotel room, be sure to select that option in the Hotel Preferences section of your registration. Please do not contact the hotel directly. Gavel will send you a deviation request form in early October 2026. Room upgrades and extensions are subject to availability.
The following service fees will apply from Gavel International for upgrade assistance:

- 1 king-size bed + 1 pull-out sofa (recommended for 1 additional guest), or
- 2 full-size beds + 1 pull-out sofa (please note that full-size beds are not recommended to comfortably accommodate 2 adults per bed).

Our private lounge offers complimentary snacks and drinks, areas for relaxation, reading and working, concierge services, access to an adult-only restaurant, and access to a private adult-only pool area.

Family Club Lounge Information
Open exclusively to guests of our Family Junior Suites, the Family Club Lounge features kid-sized furniture and entertaining activities so you can enjoy an experience tailored specifically to families. Throughout your stay, the dedicated Family Concierge will help you coordinate entertainment and provide personal assistance planning tours and excursions. Family Club access offers a reserved section at the main pool and a few extra perks for families.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT WESTIN CLUB ACCESS:
The hotel may offer complimentary access to the Westin Club Lounge and Club areas, based on availability at check-in, for Platinum, Titanium, and Ambassador Elite Bonvoy Members. If granted, this upgraded access applies to all guests staying in the member’s room.
Please note: this is not a room upgrade. Guests will remain in their originally reserved room. This only provides access to the Westin Club Lounge and Club areas. Complimentary Club access is not guaranteed and is only available if space allows at the time of check-in.
Guests may also have the opportunity to add Westin Club access to their group block suite once onsite for a fee of $29 USD per person, per night, for all guests staying in the room. This option is not guaranteed, is based on Club availability over the group dates, and cannot be reserved in advance.
Guests who would like to guarantee access to the Westin Club Lounge and Club areas should request a room upgrade that includes Westin Club access in advance.
