Hotel Extensions - AO Trips
If you would like assistance with extending your hotel room, be sure to select that option in the Hotel Preferences section of your registration. Please do not contact the hotel directly. Gavel will send you a deviation request form in early October 2026. Room upgrades and extensions are subject to availability.
The following service fees will apply from Gavel International for upgrade extension assistance:

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT WESTIN CLUB ACCESS:
The hotel may offer complimentary access to the Westin Club Lounge and Club areas, based on availability at check-in, for Platinum, Titanium, and Ambassador Elite Bonvoy Members. If granted, this upgraded access applies to all guests staying in the member’s room.
Please note: this is not a room upgrade. Guests will remain in their originally reserved room. This only provides access to the Westin Club Lounge and Club areas. Complimentary Club access is not guaranteed and is only available if space allows at the time of check-in.
Guests may also have the opportunity to add Westin Club access to their group block suite once onsite for a fee of $29 USD per person, per night, for all guests staying in the room. This option is not guaranteed, is based on Club availability over the group dates, and cannot be reserved in advance.
Guests who would like to guarantee access to the Westin Club Lounge and Club areas should request a room upgrade that includes Westin Club access in advance.
