Family Trip Costs - AO Trips
Children and grandchildren (age 6 months and up) of eligible trip participants are welcome to travel on all groups on the Disney trip. Any children that will be traveling should be entered in the registration system prior to selecting travel dates in order to confirm availability of lodging.
Our group program will allow 4 people per room. Families of more than four will be accommodated with a second room for an additional cost.
The cost of an additional room is $3,250 in addition to the per child buy-in charges below. Children under age two are expected to ride on a parent/grandparent’s lap on the airplane.

*The buy-in amount per child is based on age of the child at the end of travel.
The buy-in cost for child travelers and additional rooms can be waived if the following criteria is met:
Life Qualification Method
- $75,000 premium increase in Property/Casualty lines AND three additional issued life, disability, or annuity policies, per child.
The additional cost of the required second room for families can be waived by producing an additional:
- $93,000 premium increase in Property/Casualty lines.
P&C Qualification Method
- $95,000 premium increase in Property/Casualty lines per child.
The additional cost of the required second room for families can be waived by producing an additional:
- $93,000 premium increase in Property/Casualty lines.
If you choose a second room that is not required, the additional cost will be your responsibility and cannot be waived. A second room for families not requiring one is subject to availability.
Buy-in costs for children or a required additional room will not be waived until the buy-in cost for the primary and companion travelers has been reduced to $0.
