Please confirm your hotel dates that are listed on the outside of this packet. If they are incorrect, please notify the A-O Trips Travel Desk at Gavel International.

- Luggage tags – attach to your checked luggage prior to departure from home
- Arrival Day Instructions Important Information Book
- Name badges
- A-O Trips wristbands
- Deviation or Special Request Confirmation, if applicable
- Pre-purchased Optional Tour Confirmation, if applicable
- How to Reach Me cards to leave at home with family and friends
It is important to wear your A-O Trips wristband upon arrival at the Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO) and throughout the trip.
