Program Air - AO Trips

Included with your trip, at no additional cost, are roundtrip tickets to and from our destination airport.  Seats are coach/economy class only (cannot be upgraded) and are limited to group travel dates only.

Program air flights will likely include a connection/layover to/from the Orlando International Airport (MCO). There are many direct flights to/from MCO on major carriers as well as several discount carriers. If you prefer direct flights, we suggest you research availability/options soon, and if booking your own air works better, please contact Auto-Owners to change your travel preference from program air to make your own arrangements as soon as possible. The deadline to change your transportation choice is October 14, 2025.

If you would prefer to book your own airline tickets or will be driving to the destination, please refer to our Make Your Own Arrangements page for reimbursement eligibility as well as arrival/departure windows to be mindful of if you would like to participate in our ground transportation.

Traveling with children: If you need a car seat or booster seat for the airplane, please bring it with you.  All group transfers will be by motor coach.  Car seats and booster seats are also not allowed on Walt Disney World transportation between resorts and parks or on the Monorail system. They can be stowed in the baggage compartment of the motorcoach for the transfers to/from the airport and to the ship.
