Program Air - AO Trips

Included with your trip, at no additional cost, are roundtrip tickets to and from our destination airport.  Seats are coach/economy class only (cannot be upgraded) and are limited to group travel dates only.

If you would like to extend your trip or upgrade your seats, please refer to our Travel Agency Assist guidelines for more information. 

If you would prefer to book your own airline tickets or will be driving to the destination, please refer to our Make Your Own Arrangements page for reimbursement eligibility as well as arrival/departure windows to be mindful of if you would like to participate in our ground transportation.

Traveling with children: please bring car seats or booster seats for children as needed. If you need a car seat or booster seat provided for you, there will be an additional cost and this needs to be arranged in advance at the time of booking.
