Travel Agency Assist

***We will be arriving into and departing from the Orlando International Airport (MCO) in Orlando, Florida. Additional details are below. ***

After October 14, 2025, any changes made to your transportation choice could result in penalty fees.  If you would like to fly into or out of another airport other than the group airport of Orlando International (MCO), you will need to select the Own Air transportation option. The Travel Agency Assist transportation option will only be available using the group airport of Orlando International (MCO) for arrivals and departures.

Reimbursements will only be made for coach/economy class tickets.  We will not reimburse for upgrades or other add-ons, such as inflight Wi-Fi, meals, premium seating, luggage, insurance or other items that are not a part of the base price of the ticket.

  • If your flights are delayed or cancelled, you will be responsible for rebooking your flights.

  • Reimbursements will not be made for additional expenses incurred due to flight delays or cancellations.

Reimbursements will be sent to you via check from Auto-Owners Insurance AFTER you have traveled on the trip.

Auto-Owners Insurance will reimburse you for cost of your flights up to the maximum amount of $400 per traveler based on the price of coach/economy class tickets.

  • Upon receipt of your flight itinerary and receipt from Gavel International, we will confirm your reimbursement amount.  Should you later make changes to your itinerary, your reimbursement amount will not change.

  • Air allowances will not be reimbursed for cancelled trips.

For travel planning assistance (upgraded seats or trip extensions), you will work directly with Gavel International.  Flights must be booked by November 14, 2025 in order to receive reimbursement.

  • Please do not contact Gavel to have your flights booked until after October 14, 2025 or you have been assigned to your travel dates, whichever is later.

  • Gavel International will submit a copy of your itinerary and receipt to Auto-Owners in order to have your reimbursement processed after travel.

Transfers from/to the airport/hotel

Transfers from/to the airport/hotel will be provided when the following criteria is met:

Arrival Window: Fights between 12pm – 4pm

Transportation will be provided from the Orlando International Airport (MCO), Terminal B to Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa on a group arrival day (Saturday).

Departure Window:  12:30pm and later (11:15am – 12:30pm if carrying luggage off the ship with Express Walk-Off)

Transportation from The Wish will be provided by Disney Cruise Line on group departure day (Friday). Disney Cruise Line buses will take guests to the Orlando Airport (MCO). If you are extending your stay at a Disney Resort after the cruise, Disney Cruise Line buses will take you to the resort.

Departure flights should not be booked prior to 11:15am on departure day to allow enough time to travel to the airport.  If flights are booked between 11:15am and 12:30pm, guests will need to utilize the Express Walk-Off option and must carry ALL luggage with them off the ship, through the cruise terminal and U.S. Customs.

We recommend that you book flights after 12:30pm. This will allow you to utilize the ship’s bag pull service and have your luggage waiting for you in the cruise terminal to pick up before you board your bus to the airport. (Details on when to pack and have your luggage ready for pick-up from your cabin will be provided during the cruise).

Typically, everyone will need to disembark the ship by 9:00am. If you are booking a later flight out, you may still ride a Disney Cruise Line bus to the Orlando International airport (MCO) to wait for your flight. The Orlando airport has food and shopping options both before and after TSA security checkpoints.

Ground Transportation from Orlando International Airport to Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort

If you do not meet the above criteria to join the group transportation or if you arrive or depart on non-group arrival and departure days, you will be responsible for your own transportation arrangements to and from the airport and resort. The transfer time from Orlando International Airport to the Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort is approximately 30 minutes depending on traffic.
